Jerome A. Fahey
FAIRFAX – Jerome A. Fahey, 84, of Fairfax, died Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at his home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 5 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Fairfax with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Monday, Feb. 4, at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Fairfax. There will be a prayer service on Monday at 4 p.m. Visitation will continue two hours prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.
Arrangements are with the Hauser-Hantge Chapel in Fairfax.
Jerome Anthony Fahey was born on April 18, 1928, in Wellington Township, Renville County, Minn., to James and Eleanor (Kachelmeier) Fahey.
He is survived by his children, Elaine Schroeder of Belle Plaine, Mary Widboom of Lakeville, Laura Nissen of Terril, IA, Tom Fahey of Fairfax, Rose Case of Fairfax, Raymond Fahey of Hudson, WI, Kathy Baron of Medford, Sharon Briese of Gibbon, Ed Fahey of Franklin, Duke Fahey of Morgan, Barb Danielson of Montgomery, Theresa Grunke of Fairfax, Lisa Fahey-Bleick of Rosemount; 42 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; and siblings, James Fahey of Fairfax and Bess Fahey of Fairfax.
