Roxanne “Tuni” Schwecke
NEW ULM – Roxanne “Tuni” Schwecke, 55, of New Ulm died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 at her home in New Ulm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 4, at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm with Monsignor John A. Richter celebrating the Mass. Burial will be in the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery.

Roxanne is survived by her husband, Harlan Schwecke of New Ulm; daughters and son-in-law, Amy and Phil Kirschstein, and Edie Beranek all of New Ulm; grandsons, Ike and Brody Kirschstein; sisters and brothers-in-law, Connie “Chico” and James “Chick” Heck, Diane “Termite” and Rich Murphy, Linda Clyne and special friend, John Schoof, Monica “Wiener” and Danny Gieseke, Julie “Tutsie” and Pat Schugel all of New Ulm; brother and sister-in-law, Randy “Sam” and Jo Clyne of New Ulm; brother-in-law, LeRoy Rewitzer of New Ulm; many nieces; and nephews; and her long time best friend, Roxie Dallmann of New Ulm. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Marlene “Rusty” Rewitzer, Mary “Eightball” Hogen; and a nephew, Danny Clyne.
Roxanne Carol Clyne was born on March 29, 1957 in New Ulm to Martin and Ruth (Guendner) Clyne. On Aug. 26, 2000 she was united in marriage to Harlan Schwecke in Mariposa, Calif. Tuni worked at Cash Wise and Early Childhood Family Education both for 20 years. She enjoyed her work, spending time with and caring for special needs people, keeping a clean home, cooking, spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren, listening to old country music, shopping at thrift stores, and collecting “knick-knacks”. She was always looking and willing to help people. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
