New Ulm man gets two months in jail in peeping tom case

ST. PETER – A 53-year-old New Ulm was sentenced to two months in jail and two years of probation in Nicollet County District Court Tuesday for a gross misdemeanor count of interfering with the privacy of a minor.

William C. Rolloff will be required to attend sex offender treatment after he set up a video camera to record women as they showered at a hog farm in Nicollet County. Rolloff initially faced two felonies and four gross misdemeanor charges.
