John W. Carey named 2013 Super Lawyer
MINNEAPOLIS – John W. Carey was named to the 2013 Super Lawyers list published by Super Lawyers magazine. He is a partner in the Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey law firm. Just five percent of all lawyers in Minnesota are named to this list each year.
Carey has received national recognition for his dedication to personal injury law. He has earned the title Civil Trial Specialist from the Minnesota State Bar Association, acknowledgement of his career of courtroom success in the areas of medical and legal malpractice and wrongful death lawsuits. Additionally, Carey was voted one of America’s best medical malpractice and personal injury attorneys by his colleagues in the legal profession for The Best Lawyers in America.
In 1964, Carey earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, followed by a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 1969. Carey has been admitted to the Minnesota State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
