NEW ULM – Marian Schnobrich, 87, of New Ulm, died Monday, September 23, 2013 at the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 27, at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm with Monsignor John A. Richter celebrating the Mass. Burial will be in the New Ulm City Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10- 11 a.m. Friday at the church.

Marian is survived by her friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Virgil Schnobrich on October 18, 2008.
Marian Jean Vroman was born on December 2, 1925 in New Ulm to John and Olga (Schmucker) Vroman. She graduated from New Ulm Public High School in 1943. On June 24, 1947 she was united in marriage to Virgil Schnobrich at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in New Ulm. Marian had worked at State Bank in New Ulm for forty-three years in all phases of the bank and moved into the trust department when it started and later became one of the officers in that department. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing with her husband in northern Minnesota, and taking winter trips with Virgil to Mesa, Arizona. Marian was a member of the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm and was a charter member of the Women’s International Bowling Congress (WIBC).
Memorials are preferred to Oak Hills Living Center or the donor’s choice.
