United Way accepting application for funding from non-profit organizations
BROWN?COUNTY – The United Way of Brown County is accepting applications for funding for any non-profit organization that serves the residents of Brown County in the areas of health, education and human service needs.
Programs that are currently funded address the nurturing of children and families, enriching the lives of senior population and maintaining the physical, mental and financial health of all citizens. Funds that are allocated through the United Way are private dollars raised locally, and the funds must be used locally.
Applicants must show that their program meets a community need and that it can measure outcomes.
The deadline for applications is Dec. 10.
