MORGAN – Thomas “Tom” Hoffmann, 73, of Morgan, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, at Sleepy Eye Care Center.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 6, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Morgan with burial to follow in Sleepy Eye.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 5, at Nelson-Martin Funeral Home in Morgan and will continue on Monday at the church for one hour prior to services.
Thomas Alfred Hoffmann, the son of Sylvester and Marcella (Kral) Hoffmann, was born March 7, 1940 in Sleepy Eye.
He is survived by his wife, Mary of Morgan; children, Lori Fenske of Winthrop, Rita Hoffmann of Windom, Julie Triplett of Danube, Paul Hoffmann of Sleepy Eye, Mark Hoffmann of Morgan, Diane Kochel of San Tan Valley, Arizona, Karen Distad of Franklin, and Brian Hoffmann of Morgan; 17 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Fritz Hoffmann of Sleepy Eye, Sister Theresa Hoffmann of Rochester, Catherine Jarmer of Los Alamos, N.M., Joan Hoffmann of St. Paul, Marcy Bode of New Ulm; and Martin Hoffmann of Sleepy Eye.
