Dennis “Denny” Lang Jr.
NEW ULM – Dennis “Denny” Lang Jr., 36, of New Ulm, died Thursday, February 20, 2014 at his home in New Ulm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, February 24, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Ulm with Father Anthony Hesse celebrating the Mass. Burial will follow in the New Ulm City Cemetery.

Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 7:30-10 a.m. Monday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home NORTH CHAPEL in New Ulm. A parish prayer will be at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Dennis is survived by his parents, Dennis (Lynn Towles) Lang Sr. and Carol (Pat) Haubrich; brother, Jeremy (fiance Becky Schrempp) Lang; special friend, Emily Anderson all of New Ulm; stepbrothers, Michael (Alyssa) Towles of LaCrosse, WI, Jonathan Towles of LaCrosse, WI, Adam Towles of New Ulm; and stepgrandparents, Leon (Marian) Haubrich of New Ulm.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wally (Lucille) Lang, Wilbert (Angie) Haala, Sr.; uncles, Wilbert Haala, Jr., Robert Huiras; aunt, Kathy Haubrich; very special cousin, Lee Haala; and godfather, Dennis Woratschka.
Dennis William Lang, Jr. was born July 30, 1977 to Dennis and Carol (Haala) Lang in New Ulm. He graduated from New Ulm High School in 1995. Denny held various jobs in the New Ulm area, most recently with MRCI in New Ulm. He played in the Over 35 Softball League. Denny enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards, and he liked animals, especially dogs. Family and friends were very important to him.
