NEW?ULM – Geneva Falk, 90, of New Ulm died Sunday, February 23, 2014 at the Sleepy Eye Care Center in Sleepy Eye.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Friday, February 28, at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm with Pastor David Bendix officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the time of service at church on Friday.
The Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm is handling the arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, John Falk on April 23, 1988.
Geneva Emma Kroeger was born on April 28, 1923 in Elkton, South Dakota to Fred and Mattie (Thielman) Kroeger. She graduated from Lake Benton High School with the class of 1941 and then studied accounting at Mankato Commercial College. Geneva then worked for three years in banking in Durant, Iowa. In 1946, she moved to New Ulm and spent the next 23 years working at State Bank. She also held various part-time jobs in New Ulm. On December 10, 1960, Geneva was united in marriage to John Falk at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm. Geneva was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm and the church Ladies Aid.
