SE Council considers tobacco licensing, Snow Farm abatement
SLEEPY EYE – The Sleepy Eye City Council will consider the second reading of a tobacco licensing ordinance and a resolution for Snow Farm First Addition abatements at its meeting today
The council plans to set a Snow Farm First Addition hard-surface road costs abatement (reduction) and a preliminary assessment hearing the project at its April 8 meeting. In addition, it will consider authorizing the City Engineer to do a Request For Proposals for final plans and specifications for the project.
The city council will consider a second reading of a zoning ordinance change for Lots 5-7, Block 1, Nelson’s Second Addition; Christmas display ideas with Shari Hittesdorf and Mike Suess. City Manager Mark Kober will report on police chief and park director interviews.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the council chambers.
