Twins ignoring offensive needs

To the editor:

While spending millions of dollars to rebuild a still suspect pitching staff that was allowed to decimate, the Minnesota Twins Management evidently chKose to ignore the abysmal 2013 hitting; especially with men on base. Unless several people start to swing the bats with more authority and if the pitching is not better than spring training indicates, it should allow the Twins to lose by about 4-2 instead of 6-2. Baseball fans can only hope for improvement.
