Homes For Heroes offers service discounts
NEW ULM – A nationwide program offers discounted services without “red tape” to public service workers including military members, teachers, firefighters, law enforcement and healthcare workers, and others.
Homes For Heroes (HFH) affiliates offer discounts of 25 percent on gross commissions whether homes are bought, sold or both; discounted lending fees on purchase or refinances with a HFH preferred lender, and discounts on private home inspections with preferred home inspection firms and on closing fees with HFH-preferred title companies.
The nationwide program has saved qualified people $5 million so far, Century 21 Koeckeritz Realty Realtor Jeff Dittrich of New Ulm said. “We’ve got about a dozen people in the pipeline, looking to buy and sell now. I think people are surprised how easy it is to do.”
A group of Minnesota real-estate related business owners created the innovative HFH network in 2002, following the tragedy of Sept. 11, 2001.
After answering a few simple questions, an HFH affiliate will contact you within 24 hours.
