SLEEPY EYE – Wabasso swept Sleepy Eye in a Tomahawk Conference softball doubleheader on Saturday.

McKayla Ahlrich got the loss in Game 1, having given up six hits with three walks while striking out two for the Indians.

Callie Rohlik notched five strikeouts in earning the first of her two wins on the day for the Rabbits.

For Sleepy Eye, Sammy Villanueva went 1-for-3 with one RBI and one run scored, while Carly Jensen went 1-for-2 with one run.

Alison Benz went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and Erin Liebl went 3-for-4 with two runs, two RBIs and two doubles.

In Game 2, Jensen gave up eight hits and three walks in receiving the loss in the circle. She also had five strikeouts.

Jamie Fischer went 1-for-2 with two runs scored and a double, while Josie Schieffert went 1-for-1 with one run and a double for Sleepy Eye.

For Wabasso, Liebl went 2-for-3 with one run scored, while Rohlik went 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBIs and one run scored.
