ST. CLOUD – Nicollet’s Matt Christenson scored two touchdowns as a Tight End in Saturday’s Minnesota High School All-Star Football Game at Husky Stadium on the campus of St. Cloud State University.

Game statistics were not available online when this edition of The Journal went to press.

Christenson was selected as The Journal’s Defensive Player of the Year after the 2013 season and he was added to the All-Star roster as a Center. He was moved to Tight End and he finished with two touchdowns. It is believed to be the first time a 9-man player has ever scored two touchdowns in the all-star game.
